There is a place in Madrid, where all their dishes are cooked at 80ºC, which gives them the name of 80GRADOS.

We could define the place as a chill out/ I want to party type of place. Why? Because it doesn’t really matter what your intentions are for the night, you can always go there and ask for their Dis-Tinto de Verano

Is there is sun and you can enjoy the terrace, better. But the inside is also super cool and invites you to enjoy everything you ask for. Speaking of….

We had three different “tapas” (Oh! I forgot to tell you all dishes are tapa-size, letting you ask for a loooot of different things, even when you are just two).

WEe started with something fresh: Salmon tartar with avocado and mango sauce (D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S)

We cotinued with one of the only two dishes that are non tapa-size, the crispy chiken fingers. The funny (and tasty) thing about them is that they are fried with chips, and this gives them a different taste that you will want to order again and again (I know, because this happened to us).

It was one of those days were you need to eat more, no matter how much you’ve already have. By the time we finished the chicken we had already 3 Dis-Tintos, and we needed to eat more. Believe me. So we continued with truffle egg with chips and ham.

I can’t really talk about it without feeling the need of having it again, it was amaaaazing, and in a super nice plate, which made it even better.

And finally, we couldn’t leave this amazing place without trying one of their desserts. They have 5 options, not many, but enough for you to have a hard time deciding which one to choose. We went for the oreo cheesecake with yougurt/lemon ice cream. Too much.

We love this place. It is always good to go, and you never feel tired of it, I promise. Although, you might want to book in advance, 4 days prior. It’s always full and you usually need to wait if you don’t do so (This place is good, and people know it).

We left with a very good feeling, and honestly, this is what matters in the end for a restaurant.

We hope you like this post! More about cool and nice places in Madrid soon, stay tuned!!
